What is included

The most common problem

The payment went through and the order stays unpaid. In most cases the module is not at fault: the provider's callback to the site is blocked by a firewall or bot protection. The callback URL needs an explicit exception — matched on the request URL, not on the sender's IP address.

What to check after connecting

Not only a successful payment. Cancelled and failed payments are where status logic most often breaks: the order either hangs or gets marked paid by mistake.
