Privacy Policy

This is a translation for convenience; the Ukrainian version prevails.

1. Who processes the data

The personal data controller is an individual entrepreneur trading as id13dev (website id13.dev); their full name, taxpayer registration number (RNOKPP) and place of registration are provided on request. Questions and requests about your data — help@id13.dev.

2. What data, why and on what basis

  • Service requests and the contact form: name, email, phone number (if you give one), the text of your message — to reply and to carry out the agreed work (your request and the contract). Any access credentials received during a project are used only to carry out the agreed task.
  • Account: name, email and password (stored only as a hash); surname and phone number — if you gave them; the IP addresses you sign in from — to sign in, protect the account and give access to your modules (contract, legitimate interest).
  • Module order: name, email, license domain, the contents and total of the order, the IP address and browser details at the time of the order, the status history — to perform the contract and provide access, updates and support (contract); payment data comes only from the bank statement: order number, amount, payer (accounting — a legal obligation).
  • Free download: no personal data is collected — only a one-time link in the session, valid for 5 minutes.
  • Support correspondence (email, Telegram) — to help you (contract).
  • Server logs: IP address, time, page address, browser details — for security and troubleshooting (legitimate interest).
  • Analytics (Google Analytics 4) — only if you agreed in the cookie banner: visit statistics (consent).

Legal bases — Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and, for visitors from the EU, Article 6 of the GDPR (performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest, consent).

3. Cookies and browser storage

  • Necessary (the site does not work without them, no consent needed): OCSESSID — session (sign-in, cart); language, currency — chosen language and currency; Cloudflare cookies — bot protection and the Turnstile check in forms; id13dev_consent — your choice in the cookie banner (kept for 6 months); in browser storage — id13dev_promo_closed (you hid the offer bar), display (list view) and geo:viewed:<article number> (when you last opened a blog article: the counter records one view per day); tracking — only if you followed a link with a partner code (?tracking=, a standard OpenCart feature).
  • Analytics (only with your consent): _ga, _ga_* — Google Analytics. You can withdraw consent at any time with the “Cookie settings” button in the site footer.

4. Who receives the data

  • OVH — hosting (servers in the EU);
  • Cloudflare — site delivery and attack protection, the Turnstile check;
  • Google — Google Analytics, only with your consent;
  • banks — yours and the seller’s — during a transfer;
  • Telegram — if you write there.

We do not sell data or share it for advertising. Some of these services may process data outside Ukraine and the EU (including in the USA) under their data protection agreements.

5. How long we keep it

  • account — while you use it or until you ask us to delete it;
  • orders and payment data — for the period required by tax and accounting law;
  • requests and correspondence — up to 3 years after the last contact;
  • server logs — up to 5 weeks; automatic backups — up to 14 days, one-off copies made before technical changes — as long as they are needed for recovery.

6. Your rights

Under Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and, for visitors from the EU, under the GDPR, you can: know who processes your data and why; get a copy of it; correct it; ask for it to be deleted or for processing to be restricted; object to processing; receive your data in a portable format (GDPR); withdraw consent to analytics at any time; complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to the supervisory authority of your EU country.

Requests — to help@id13.dev; we reply within 30 days. Your name, email and domain are needed to fulfil an order — without them we cannot provide the module. We do not make decisions with legal effects for you based solely on automated processing.

7. Changes
