Public Offer
This is a translation for convenience; the Ukrainian version prevails.
1. Seller
An individual entrepreneur trading as id13dev. The seller’s full name, taxpayer registration number (RNOKPP), place of registration and actual place of residence are provided on request to help@id13.dev. Email: help@id13.dev. Website: https://id13.dev. Telegram: @id13dev.
2. What this document is
This text is a public offer (Article 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine): the Seller’s proposal to anyone who applies to conclude a contract for access to id13dev software modules and a license to use them on the terms set out below. The “Module License”, “Support and Updates” and “Privacy Policy” form an integral part of the contract.
The contract is concluded electronically (Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce”) and is deemed to be concluded in writing (Article 639 of the Civil Code of Ukraine).
3. How the contract is concluded
- Paid module. The buyer places an order in their account on the website, enters the website domain, ticks the box agreeing to this offer and the license and clicks “Order with obligation to pay”. This is the acceptance of the offer; the contract is concluded when the Seller receives the order (Article 640 of the Civil Code of Ukraine). An order confirmation with the terms of the contract is sent to the buyer’s email.
- Free module. Acceptance is downloading the file with the “Download for free” button on the module page.
4. Price and payment
- The price is shown on the module page, in hryvnias, at the time of the order.
- Payment is made by bank transfer to the details in the order confirmation; the payment reference must include the order number.
- If payment is not received within 10 days, the Seller may cancel the order.
- Once the funds are received, the Seller sends the buyer a confirmation of payment.
5. Access
Once the payment is received, the module appears in the buyer’s account under “My modules”, usually within one business day. Later versions of the module become available there as well. Free modules download straight from the module page.
6. Withdrawal and refunds
- Before access is granted, the buyer may cancel the order; any amount already paid is refunded in full.
- By placing the order, the buyer agrees that access to the files is granted right after payment. Once access is granted, the buyer loses the right to withdraw from the contract (clause 1 of part five of Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”); this is also stated in the order confirmation.
- Exception — a defect. If the module does not work as described on its page on the stated platform and PHP versions, and the Seller has not fixed the problem within 14 days of the buyer’s request, the Seller refunds the amount paid and the module license ends.
- This offer does not limit the consumer rights granted by law.
7. Support and updates
Module updates are lifetime; support lasts 12 months from the date of payment. What is included and how to reach me — see “Support and Updates”.
8. Liability
- The module matches the description on its page (features, compatibility, requirements) as of the date of purchase.
- Before installing the module, the buyer makes a backup of the website. The Seller is not liable for failures caused by third-party modules and themes, changes to the platform core, server or hosting settings, or use of the module for purposes other than intended.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Seller’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the module.
9. Personal data
The Seller processes only the data needed to perform the contract, in accordance with the “Privacy Policy”.
10. Claims and disputes
Claims are sent to help@id13.dev; the Seller replies within 14 days. Disputes are settled through negotiation and, failing agreement, in court under the laws of Ukraine.
11. Other terms
- The offer is drawn up in Ukrainian; a translation into another language is provided for convenience, and in case of discrepancies the Ukrainian version prevails.
- The Seller may change the offer by publishing a new edition on this page; the new edition applies to orders placed after its publication.
- Edition of 7 October 2026.
