I make your online store fast
and keep it from going down
Slow pages, errors, breaches, migrations — I take on the cases others walk away from. OpenCart, WordPress, OkayCMS and servers. First reply within 24 hours.
Recognise your situation?
The problems store owners bring to me most often. Every one of them is solvable.
The site takes 5+ seconds to load
I make it 2–10× faster without redesigning anything. A fast store means more orders and better Google rankings.
The site is down or throwing errors
I find the cause and bring the store back. These jobs jump the queue — every hour counts.
You were hacked, or you are afraid of it
I remove the malicious scripts, close the vulnerability and set up protection against attacks and bots — so it does not happen again.
You need changes, but the developer disappeared
I work through someone else’s code: new features, ERP, CRM and payment integrations — carefully and with a warranty.
Hosting cannot keep up, or got expensive
I move the store to a new server with no downtime and nothing lost: domains, mail, certificates — all of it.
Ads are running, but orders are not
I check the technical side: speed, errors, visibility in Google. That is often exactly where the ad budget leaks.
I work with OpenCart / ocStore, WordPress / WooCommerce, OkayCMS and Linux servers — SEO services included.

How I work
A simple, transparent process. At every step you know what is happening and what it costs.
I investigate
I go through the site and find the real cause. You get a plain list: what is wrong and what fixing it costs.
We agree
Together we decide what gets done now and what can wait. Price and deadline are known before the work starts.
I deliver
A backup first. Then careful work: the store keeps taking orders while I am in it.
I show the result
Before and after, side by side. For thirty days after delivery I fix any issues at my own cost.
How to engage
Three standard formats. Anything unusual we discuss individually.
Fixed price. A clear report: what is wrong, what to fix first and what it will cost. What happens next is up to you.
- Site and server reviewed from the inside
- A prioritised list of issues
- Time estimates for the fixes
- A report you or your team can act on
- Recommendations you can take anywhere
The default format for ongoing improvements. Detailed time reporting. Minimum unit — 15 minutes.
- Changes and new features
- Site and server speed-ups
- Integrations: ERP, CRM, payments
- Security hardening
- Ongoing store maintenance
Site down, an attack or a critical failure — I start immediately. I bring the store back and explain what happened.
- Reply within 30 minutes (business hours)
- Finding the actual root cause
- Getting the site running again
- A report: what happened and why
- How to keep it from happening again

Looking for a technical partner for your e-commerce?
Describe the task in your own words — within 24 hours you get a plan and an estimate.
id13dev (id13.dev) is not just a contractor but a technical partner: core-level OpenCart and ocStore, scaling WooCommerce for catalogues of 50,000+ products, OkayCMS on a mid-range VPS, and DevOps maintenance of dedicated servers with layered protection.
More about the services
Optimization of high-load e-commerce sites
The problems I solve daily: slow TTFB on category and search pages, 502/504 errors Nginx under peak load, MySQL spiking past 200% CPU, full table scans on large tables, plugin conflicts in WordPress, poorly written OCMOD in OpenCart, memory leaks in PHP workers. The approach is always to find the root cause in logs and metrics rather than stack workarounds on top of workarounds.
Protection from DDoS, bots and targeted attacks
A store under attack loses money every minute. I work with Cloudflare WAF Custom Rules, rate limiting, Bot Fight Mode, mTLS for the admin panel and expression rules to filter botnets. At the server level — fail2ban, nftables, ModSecurity, CrowdSec and conntrack tuning to absorb L3/L4 attacks. For business-critical setups — full hardening with a regular pentest checklist.
Server infrastructure and Linux
Setup of VPS and dedicated servers on Linux (Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux): a LEMP/LAMP stack from scratch, Nginx + PHP-FPM tuning (pm.max_children, opcache, JIT), MySQL/MariaDB with a properly sized innodb_buffer_pool_size, slow log and replication. Redis or Memcached as the cache layer. Netdata, Zabbix, UptimeRobot plus custom Telegram alerts for monitoring. Automation through Git, Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
Who gets in touch, and why
The typical client is an owner or technical lead of an e-commerce business facing "it used to work, now it drags", or preparing for a seasonal peak (Black Friday, the pre-holiday rush), or already under DDoS with nowhere to turn. Also agencies and developers who would rather hand the technical side (server optimization, security audits, OpenCart core work) to a senior specialist than spend their own capacity on it.
The outcome — production that does not wake you up at night
The goal is not merely to "make it work" but to build a system that keeps working without constant intervention. Monitoring, automated backups, alerts on the metrics that matter, documented changes, configuration versioned in Git. Every line of code goes through Git review, which guarantees backward compatibility and a fast rollback if something unexpected happens. id13dev specialises in high-load development, PHP performance work, MySQL index design, security audits and DevOps for e-commerce.
