This is a translation for convenience; the Ukrainian version prevails.

Lifetime updates

New versions of a module appear in your account under “My modules” for everyone who bought it — with no time limit. The release history is on the module page. If a module ever stops being developed, its latest version stays available to you.

Support — 12 months from the date of payment

answers to questions about installing and configuring the module;
fixing bugs in the module;
help with compatibility on the stated platform and PHP versions.

What is not included

adapting the module to your store or adding new features — that is a separate “Module development” service;
conflicts with third-party modules and themes or with changes to the platform core;
server, hosting or email configuration;
installing the module for you — a separate service by arrangement.

reply within a day.

Free modules come without guaranteed support, but I do read questions on Telegram.

After 12 months

The module and all its new versions stay with you. Help after the support period ends is a separate service by arrangement.
