How to Order

The ordering process

1. Get in touch. Write on Telegram or use the contact form — describe the task in your own words.
2. Clarification. I will ask a few questions: CMS and version, hosting, how the problem shows up or what exactly you need.
3. Estimate. For typical tasks — a fixed price and deadline right away. For complex ones — a range after a short diagnostic. Catalogue prices are indicative "from" figures.
4. Access. Once confirmed, you send credentials (SSH/FTP/admin) over a secure channel — details in How We Work.
5. Delivery. A backup is taken before any change. You get progress updates along the way.
6. Verification. I demonstrate the result and you check it on your side.
7. Warranty. If something misbehaves because of my changes, I fix it free of charge. The warranty period is agreed when you place the order.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed individually; large tasks are split into stages with payment per stage.
