How We Work

How the work is done

All services are digital and delivered remotely: directly on your server or hosting, or on a staging environment when the changes are risky.

Handing over access

• send credentials over a secure channel (Telegram with auto-delete, or a password manager);
• where possible, create a temporary account scoped to the task;
• changing the passwords after the work is finished is recommended.

What you receive

• the completed task on your site or server;
• if needed — the code in a git repository or as an archive;
• a short summary: what was done, what changed, what to keep an eye on;
• the backups taken before the changes.

Timelines

Typical tasks take 1–3 business days. Urgent ones (site down, security breach) are taken out of turn. Large projects run to an agreed plan with milestones.
