Managed store care

A monthly arrangement for owners who would rather not discover their store has been down since morning from a customer's phone call.

What is included

• Availability monitoring with alerts that reach a human, not just a dashboard;
• Backups on a schedule, stored away from the server itself, with periodic restore checks — an untested backup is not a backup;
• Updates of the platform, modules and server software, applied on staging first;
• Security: log review, brute-force protection, certificate renewal;
• Small changes within an agreed monthly allowance — a banner, a price, a new payment method;
• Incident response within the agreed window.

What it is not

This is not unlimited development. Large tasks — a redesign, a migration, a new integration — are quoted separately. The retainer covers keeping what already exists working properly.

Why it usually pays for itself

Most expensive incidents are not sudden. An expired certificate, a disk filling up, a module abandoned by its author, a backup that has silently failed for months — all of them are visible in advance if somebody is looking.
