Managed care for your online store

For owners who do not want to hunt for a contractor every time something breaks. The store is under watch: problems are spotted before customers notice them, and small fixes do not turn into separate negotiations.

What is included every month

• Uptime monitoring with alerts — I learn about an outage before you do;
• backups with restore checks, not just a configured script;
• security updates for the core and modules after testing on a copy;
• monitoring of disk space, logs and errors — the most common causes of sudden failures;
• small fixes within the agreed number of hours: texts, settings, minor improvements;
• a monthly report: what was done and what is worth doing next.

What is not included

New feature development, redesign, catalogue content. Such tasks are estimated separately — but subscribers get priority in the queue.

Why this pays off better than one-off requests

Not because the hourly rate is lower — but because most outages never happen. Disk space does not run out suddenly, a backup exists and has been tested, updates go in before a vulnerability is exploited. One-off help always costs more than prevention, because it works in firefighting mode.

I work with OpenCart, ocStore, WordPress, WooCommerce, OkayCMS and the servers they run on. If you have several sites, the scope is agreed separately.
